Draft privacy notice
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This page is a template, not a complete legal notice. Replace the contact details and confirm the actual operational practices of AG Fastlink, including any CRM, analytics, email, WhatsApp, hosting or supplier tools used.
Information in this prototype
If you fill in the request form, your draft is stored in your current browser's local storage so you can move between steps. Nothing is sent to a website server. When you choose “Send on WhatsApp†or “Send by emailâ€, your device opens the relevant app or service with your message prefilled. Their own privacy terms then apply. You can remove an unfinished draft by clearing the site's browser data.
The contact page opens a message in your email application. There is no contact form backend, analytics, advertising pixel or cookie banner in this front-end prototype.
Why information may be used
After launch, the owner should explain which information is collected, why it is needed, the lawful basis for processing, who receives it, how long it is retained, whether it leaves Nigeria and how a person can exercise their data rights. Do not collect passport or identity documents through this prototype.
Your choices and rights
The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 provides a framework for personal data processing and data subject rights. For an overview, see the Nigeria Data Protection Commission's NDP Act page. To make a privacy request, use the Contact page. The owner should confirm the contact route and response process before launch.
